Move the tail to the side. Grasp the Cue-Mate® tail and wrap once around your hand to get a good grip. Pull the Cue-Mate® tail down at an approximate 45 degree angle and then pull towards you. The Cue-Mate® will then remove easily, one pod at a time.

We recommend you avoid pulling the Cue-Mate® directly out at a horizontal angle or up. If you do it this way, it is harder to remove the device.
